1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Veo Automation ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Veo Automation is a free browser extension that automates interactions with Google Flow (labs.google/fx/tools/flow) on behalf of the user. The Extension does not provide any AI model or generation service itself — all generation is performed by Google Flow and Google's AI systems. Veo Automation is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any of its affiliates.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will:
- Comply with Google Flow's own Terms of Service when using the Extension on that platform.
- Not use the Extension to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Not use the Extension to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
- Not use the Extension in ways that circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of Google Flow or any other system.
- Not use the Extension to conduct automated attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful automated behaviour against Google Flow or any third party.
- Take sole responsibility for the prompts you submit and the content you generate using the Extension.
4. Intellectual Property
Veo Automation, its name, logo, and all website content are the intellectual property of Veo Automation. All rights are reserved.
Generated videos and images are created by Google Flow's AI models. Ownership and licensing of AI-generated content is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and applicable intellectual property law. We make no claim of ownership over content generated through your use of the Extension.
The Extension's source code is proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Extension without express written permission.
5. No Warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
- The Extension will remain compatible with Google Flow at all times, particularly as Google may change its interface without notice;
- The Extension will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
- Any defects or errors will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veo Automation and its authors, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, content, or generated outputs;
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
- Business interruption;
- Account restrictions or limitations imposed by Google or any third party as a result of your use of the Extension;
- Any other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Extension.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Extension, which is zero, given that the Extension is free.
7. Third-Party Services
The Extension interacts with Google Flow, a third-party service operated by Google LLC. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, policies, or terms of Google Flow. Any changes Google makes to Google Flow — including UI changes, API changes, or access restrictions — may affect the Extension's functionality. We will endeavour to release updates to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee this within any specific timeframe.
8. Disclaimer Regarding Google
Veo Automation is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected with Google LLC, Google DeepMind, or any of their products or services. "Google Flow", "VEO", "Nano Banana", "Imagen", and related product names are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use here is purely descriptive.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the Extension and these Terms at any time and without prior notice. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page whenever you install a new version of the Extension.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
